Return policy

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund. We will refund the purchase amount within 7 days after receiving the return.

 

Return conditions

Your return should apply to the following conditions:

• Return shipment is provided with a completed return form.
• All items are in a state that corresponds with normal 'fitting behavior' – as you would fit in a regular store.
• All items are packed in their original and undamaged packaging.
• All original labels and tags are still attached to all items.

• Complete the return form and enclose it to the return parcel.
• Drop-off your return parcel at a PostNL Service point.
• Retain the shipping receipt for your records.

Exchange

If you want to exchange a webshop order, you must return the original product in the first place. Afterwards, you can place a new order in our webshop.
